Glenna Gladys (Shaver) Southward/Baker

Glenna Gladys Shaver was the forth child (and first daughter) of Orville Clayton & Bessie Eva (Perry) Shaver. She was born on April 26, 1911 in Eaton County, Michigan, USA.

In January 1920 (age 8), her name appears on the 1920 U.S. Census living with her parents & siblings in Chester, Eaton County. On May 3, 1930 (age 18), her name appears on the 1930 U.S. Census under her father's household as single, living in Blackman, Jackson County, Michigan.

Her first marriage was to Carl E. Southward, son of Edward & Melissa A. (Kreps) Southward. Carl was an Eaton County resident. They most likely married sometime around 1935. Carl passed away in 1964.

Her second marriage was to Frances Baker.

Glenna passed away on January 13, 1988 in Jackson, Jackson County, Michigan at the age of 77.  She was buried at Millerburg Cemetery in Carmel Township, Eaton County.
